Discription

With the server say function, you can send a message out to all players of the server.

Examples

With the following command, you can send a message using space:

___rcon xxxx sv_say "message goes here"

Make sure you include quotation marks between what you want to be said through the server if what your saying has spaces in it.

For example, if I wanted to say this line, I would say

___rcon xxxx sv_say "For example, if I wanted to say this line, I would say"

And the command would process! Be warned though, if the line is too long, the server will not process it, so keep it short and it should work.

If you just want to say one word through the server, you would not need quotation marks.

For example, if I wanted to say "Test" in the server, I would issue this command:

___rcon xxxx sv_say test

And it would process through!

The command will show to all players as themselves saying it to themselves in team chat, here is a picture example.
